Added at the beginning of a noun, it is preposition governing the gen. case, significant of swearing and denoting wonder; it is peculiarly prefixed to the name ]ø Ö × # ä ö according to general usage. iø ^ Ö × # ä ô ø ø Ò ô n» ø á $ ]ø » ßø ^ Ú ø Ó ö Ü » : By Allah, I will certainly plan against your idols (21:58). Added at the end of a noun, it is a particle of allocation. It is added in the beginning of the second person of the future. It is also added as a sign of the fem. gender in the beginning of the future. It is also added in the beginning of the third person (fem. ) of the aorist used as an imperative as a sign of the fem. gender. Sometimes it is added in the beginning of the second person of the aorist, used as an imperative as a particle of allocation. It is used also for Ú ö fø ^ Öø Ç ø è º (intensification) as in  ø ¡ $ Ú ø è º or Ê ø ã $ ^ Ú ø è º. iø ^ feminine of ø ] : This and that; a noun of indication, denoting that which is female or feminine; the dual is iø ^ á ô and the plural ]ö æ » ø ð ô. æ ø ]ô á » Ò ö à $ ]ö æ » ø l ô u ø Û » Ø õ ý u ø j # o mø ø à » à ø u ø Û » × ø ã ö à $ : If they be with child. . . . . . until they are delivered of their burden (65:7). â ø ^ is prefixed to it to give notice of what is about to be said so that one says â ø ^ iø ^ : ("this") as in â ø ^ iø ^ Ê ö ¡ Þø è º : This is such a woman; and in the dual â ø ^ iø ^ á ô or â ø ^ iø n» à ô as in ]ô u » ø p ] e» ßø jø o $ â F jø n» à ô : one daughter of mine of these two (28:28). And in the plural â F © ö ø ð ô as in Ö ^ ]ô ÖF o â F © ö ø ð ô æ ø Ö ^ ]ô ÖF o â F © ö ø ð ô : Neither towards these nor to those (4:144).
