SuB-Footnote Number Three 417 ِ دخا �ان ت بمس� � د ر ن آو�ی� آہکن ا ِ ربک�ی� انجب رگدد او مصخ Whoever opposes God’s lovers, God the Great Himself becomes his enemy. یں اتسمن دنک � �ی� د ا ئ دتس قح ات� وچں یسک ابدتس قح داتسں دنک God’s hand comes to the aid of these lovers When someone tries to deceive them. زنمل ِ اشں ربرت از دص آامسں سب اہنں ادنر اہنں ادنر اہنں Their status is higher than a hundred heavens; They are hidden beyond hidden, and further still. دربلے وافےئ در رشفدہ اپ رسے ااتفدہ رباخک وازرسش In their fidelity to their Beloved they are steadfast; In their love for Him their heads remain prostrate in His presence. اگنر رہب وسہتخ را ِ وخد اجن زہار دص رمگ دعب ہتشگ زدنہ For the sake of that Beloved they have consumed their selves; After dying a hundred thousand deaths they are restored to life. ر ن م�ی� ت � اصبح مشچ ادنر آاجن ےب ر ن �چ�ی� چ � ی �ہ� ابندش وخد ِ وکراں مشچ Even the one with eyes cannot discern such phenomena; The blind amount to absolutely nothing there! روےئ اشن آں آاتفےب اکدنراں �ی�رہ مہ وچں رپشاں ن مشچ رمداں � His face is a sun so brilliant That the eyes of men are dazzled like those of bats, by his light. زن راےئ وت وچمہں زانں ى وت وخد اناصقں انب انصق انب انصق You are cowardly and your viewpoint is like that of cowards. You, your father, and your forefathers are all far from perfect.
