— Part IV 354 to Allah and does good works and says, 'I am surely of those who submit?’ (S u rah Ha -M i m al-Sajdah; Ch. 41: V. 34) In this verse, two points are specifically raised: first, that call towards Allah (the Most Beautiful) and secondly, who can be more beautiful in speech than the one who calls towards Allah (the Most Beautiful). Who can be better than Allah, towards whom a caller summons. Such people are always the truest and the best in speech but the condition required is that the caller should also behave accordingly. Otherwise the speech cannot be termed beautiful. It can be said here that such people are hundreds of thousands, nay even billions in the world, who call towards Allah. So, according to this definition their invitation should also be described as beautiful. What is so special that Islam teaches us to distinguish between the two? It is the emphasis of the Holy Quran on the conduct of the caller towards Allah that is special. The one whose personal conduct manifests satanic habits is not entitled to call others to Allah. Thus the Holy Quran makes manifestly clear that what it says is well-balanced: and balance itself is a characteristic of justice. The Third Characteristic of Justice in Speech After admonishing straightforwardness in 33:71, the very next verse informs the reader of an extraordinary blessing gained from it as follows:
