WA S IYYAT RULES 16 Rule 60. Remission of the arrears of Wa s iyyat dues cannot be granted under any circumstances. Rule 61. If, God forbid, the property of a M usi is destroyed or is substantially damaged due to some natural calamity, * Majlis Karpardaz shall take such factors into account while making a decision about H i ss a Jai'dad. CANCELLATION AND RESTORATION OF WA S IYYAT Rule 62. S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan shall be competent to cancel the Wa s iyyat of a M usi without assigning any reason and the decision of S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan shall be final under all circumstances. Rule 63. The Wa s iyyat of any person who has been turned out of the Organisation of Jam a‘ at as punishment shall be deemed to have been cancelled. Rule 64. The Wa s iyyat of any person who defects from the Organisation of the Jam a‘ at shall be deemed to have been cancelled. Rule 65. 'Where a person makes a Wa s iyyat but later, from some weakness of his faith, goes back on his Wa s iyyat or turns away from the Ahmadiyya Community, then even though the Anjuman might have under law taken possession of the property in question, it shall not be permissible for the Anjuman to retain possession thereof.
