Qadha refers to the judicial system in Islam. Qiblah means the direction of the Ka‘bah (the sacred building at Makkah) to which Muslims turn at prayer. Tauheed in Islam, the Oneness of God, in the sense that He is One and has no partner, as stated in the Islamic creed: ‘There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad s as is the Messenger of Allah. ’ Zakat an obligatory tax required of Muslims, one of the five Pillars of Islam. Zakat is levied on five categories of property—food grains; fruit; camels, cattle, sheep, and goats; gold and silver; and movable goods—and is payable each year after one year’s possession.
