تاریخ احمدیت۔جلد 28 25 سال 1972ء سول جج صاحب درجہ اوّل ڈیرہ غازیخان کا ایک فیصلہ ڈیرہ غازیخان کے درجہ اول کے فاضل سول جج جناب میر محمد افضل صاحب نے مقدمہ ۴۹۱ میں ۲ مارچ ۱۹۷۲ء کو ایک اہم فیصلہ دیا جس میں احمدیوں کو غیر مسلم قرار دینے کے مطالبہ پر درج ذیل ریمارکس دیئے۔"After mature consideration of the lengthy oral as well as written arguments of the learned counsel for the parties I have arrived at the conclusion that it is neither legal nor expedient to adjudicate on the religious beliefs of the parties۔If the civil courts start taking the liberty to record findings on the internal controversies of the type in question of various classes, which profess our religion, I am absolutely positive that it would tantamount to inviting innumerable cases resulting in abominable bickering and anarchy among the followers of different schools of thoughts within our greatest and finest religion of Islam which strictly forbids an act or a gesture to encourage as tussle between the believers۔Thus, it is neither religious nor legal to scrutinize purely religious beliefs of a class and pronounce a judgement on the controversy that whether somebody known as a Muslim is in fact Muslim or something else۔To my mind the true judgement on the controversial matter shall only be delivered on the True Day of Judgement and therefore, with all my humility I would desist from pursuing the matter any further۔However, it is noteworthy that perusal of the written
