Homage to Allah & Propagation of Truth 145 رپ وتق ےس آامسں ا ی آ� ہک وہں اپین وہ َی ںیم آاکشر دن وہا ےس سج ونرِ دخا وہں وہ ی ںیم I am the Water from Heaven sent at its appointed time; I am the Light of God through which the day is openly manifest. اہےئ وہ وقتی ٰ وج ےتہک ےھت اہکں یفخم وہیئ �ریاہمر ی ھ� شیپ � اسرابنِ سفندوںےنسکرطف Alas! Where lies concealed the taqw a [righteousness] that was so talked about! Oh, where has the driver of the evil-self led you! ےن ریمی رے ےئل اّلّاق ن ح اکم وج دالھکےئ اُس ار ی �یط�اں اک � ش س ایک ی ا وہ رکاتکس ےہ وج وہ رتفمی The works that the Great Creator has shown in my support— Can an impostor who is a friend of Satan accomplish them? ےس درد رت ا ی د� رک دانم روےت روےت ےن ی ںیم ویہ یکشخ ریہ اباحل ِ زار ی اب کلت مت ںیم With anguish I wept so much that my tunic dampened with my tears, Yet you remained unblessed and wretched as ever! ایک ی ا وہایگ ی ا ولقعں ہپ ایک ی ا رھتپ ڑپے ی اہےئ � واتر ی ںےکآےگاُنےکدناتر� وھكن وہایگیاآ Alas! What happened, how has their intellect become so buried under rocks That transformed the day into a pitch-dark night before their eyes? ا یسک یفخم انگہ ےس اش ِتم اامعل ےہ ی � وار م�ُردہ یاراوراک ب � ی ویئ یںوہںیئگ قل� � سجےس Or, is it the evil consequence of some hidden sin Which made the faculty of reason useless—like a lifeless corpse? انگہ اک ولوگں اعم بس ےہ یک اُن رپ رگدونں ابغر ی نجےکووظعںےساہجںےکآایگیادلںیم The burden of sin of the masses, too, lies on them; Whose sermons clouded the hearts of people.
