The Miraculous Qasidah 75 ْن ِ أَبَا الْوَفَا ی َ َا رِدْف َ الْحُس ی َ ْك ی ِ فَأُوْص ْن ِ أَبَا الْوَفَا ی َ َا رِدْف َ الْحُس ی َ ْك ی ِ ُفَأُوْص َ الْمُحَاسِب َ وَاحْذَر هّٰللّٰ ِ ا ُأَنِب ْ وَاتَّق َ الْمُحَاسِب َ وَاحْذَر هّٰللّٰ ِ ا أَنِب ْ وَاتَّق I, therefore, admonish you O one who walks in the footsteps of Muhammad Hussain! You ought to repent before God and fear Him as He is the Reckoner. ْن ِ وَالْھَوٰی ی ِّ َا عَن ِ الد ی ْ َ تُلْھِك َ الدُّن اْل َ و ْن ِ وَالْھَوٰی ی ِّ َا عَن ِ الد ی ْ َ تُلْھِك َ الدُّن اْل َ ُو أَکْبَر َ و ِ أَدْھٰی هّٰللّٰ َ ا َّ عَذَاب ُوَإِن أَکْبَر َ و ِ أَدْھٰی هّٰللّٰ َ ا َّ عَذَاب وَإِن The world and avarice and the greed for it should not stop you from acting upon Faith; Divine chastisement is surely hard to bear and very tormenting. ْ َا کَنَاطِف ِ نَاطِفِي ی ْ َ تَحْسَب ِ الدُّن اْل َ و ْ َا کَنَاطِف ِ نَاطِفِي ی ْ َ تَحْسَب ِ الدُّن اْل َ ُو َ تُصْبِح ْف ی َ ٍ ک ِ مُسَرَّة ْل ی ْ بِلَ ُأَتَدْرِي َ تُصْبِح ْف ی َ ٍ ک ِ مُسَرَّة ْل ی ْ بِلَ أَتَدْرِي Consider not this world a sweetener made by the manufacturer; Do you know what the morning will bring for you after the night of celebration? ٍ َ تَصَنُّع َ عِنْد الرَّحْمٰن َ تَتَّقِي اْل َ أ ٍ َ تَصَنُّع َ عِنْد الرَّحْمٰن َ تَتَّقِي اْل َ ُأ َحْذَر ی َ َ أَبَاَلَك اْل مَن ْ کَان َ أَتْق ٰی َ ُو َحْذَر ی َ َ أَبَاَلَك اْل مَن ْ کَان َ أَتْق ٰی َ و Are you not afraid of God that you are still engaged in your fabrications? He who is righteous surely fears God. ْت َ شِعْرِي ْ ھَل ْ تُشَاھِد ُ بَعْدَنَا ی َ َ ل اْل َ أ ْت َ شِعْرِي ْ ھَل ْ تُشَاھِد ُ بَعْدَنَا ی َ َ ل اْل َ ُأ ِ وَیُنْذِر َ السَّمَآء ُّ مِن َحُط ی ْحًا ی ُمَسِ ِ وَیُنْذِر َ السَّمَآء ُّ مِن َحُط ی ْحًا ی مَسِ If only you had been wise enough! Will another Messiah descend from Heaven after me and warn you? ُ َ إِنَّه ٍ قَال ُّ مُذَکِّر دَر ِِّٰ هّٰلل َ و ُ َ إِنَّه ٍ قَال ُّ مُذَکِّر دَر ِِّٰ هّٰلل َ ُو ْم ٌ مُّدَعْثَر ی َعَاف ُ الْھُدٰی شِکْس ٌ زَنِ ی ُ ْم ٌ مُّدَعْثَر ی َعَاف ُ الْھُدٰی شِکْس ٌ زَنِ ی How commendable are the words of the warner who said: ‘A wicked and ruined person who is also mean would hate guidance’.
