46 ٌ تُب ْ اَیُّھَا الْغَالِي ْ و َ تَأْتِي ْ سَاعَۃ ٌ ِتُب ْ اَیُّھَا الْغَالِي ْ و َ تَأْتِي ْ سَاعَۃ َّء اَل َّ َ الش ُّ یَمِیْنَك ْ تَـعَض ِتُمْسِي َّء اَل َّ َ الش ُّ یَمِیْنَك ْ تَـعَض تُمْسِي O you who has crossed all bounds! Repent! The hour is well-nigh; When you will bite your insensate hands! ً اَفَـتَضْرِبَن َّ عَلَی الصَّفَاۃ ِ زُجَاجَۃ ً ِاَفَـتَضْرِبَن َّ عَلَی الصَّفَاۃ ِ زُجَاجَۃ ْ بِـاِبَاء َ تَمُت اْل َ َ و ْ عَلَیْك ِھَوِّن ْ بِـاِبَاء َ تَمُت اْل َ َ و ْ عَلَیْك ھَوِّن Do you strike glass upon the slab of stone? Have mercy on your own self; do not perish due to your arro- gant denial. ٍ ِ بَصِیْرَۃ ٌ بِغَیْر َ اَقْوَال غَرَّتْك ٍ ِ بَصِیْرَۃ ٌ بِغَیْر َ اَقْوَال ِغَرَّتْك ُ ااْلَْنْبَاء َ حَقِیْقَۃ ْ عَلَیْك ِسُتِرَت ُ ااْلَْنْبَاء َ حَقِیْقَۃ ْ عَلَیْك سُتِرَت You have been deceived by the statements that are devoid of any enlightening insights; The reality of prophecies has been made confounded for you. ِ اِن َّ السُّمُوْم َ لَشَر ُّ مَا ِفی الْعَالَم ِ ِاِن َّ السُّمُوْم َ لَشَر ُّ مَا ِفی الْعَالَم ُ ااْلْٰرَاء ِ غَوَائِل َ السُّمُوْم ِوَمِن ُ ااْلْٰرَاء ِ غَوَائِل َ السُّمُوْم وَمِن Poisons are indeed the worst thing in the world; And misguided opinions, too, are a poison among a variety of poisons. جَاوَزْت َ بِالتَّکْفِیْر ِ عَرَصَات ِ التُّقٰی ْجَاوَزْت َ بِالتَّکْفِیْر ِ عَرَصَات ِ التُّقٰی ْأَشَقَقْت َ قَلْبِي ْ أَو ْ رَأَیْت َ خَفَائِي أَشَقَقْت َ قَلْبِي ْ أَو ْ رَأَیْت َ خَفَائِي By labeling me a disbeliever, you eschewed and overstepped the bounds of righteousness; Have you cut open my heart, or have you seen any hidden sin on my part? ُ وَجْھَها ْ فَتَعْرِف َ اٰیَاتِي تَأْتِیْك ُ وَجْھَها ْ فَتَعْرِف َ اٰیَاتِي ِتَأْتِیْك َ تَتْرُك ْ طَرِیْق َ حَیَاء اْل َ ِفَاصْبِر ْ و َ تَتْرُك ْ طَرِیْق َ حَیَاء اْل َ فَاصْبِر ْ و My Signs will come to you, and you will recognise them; So, have patience, and do not abandon the way of modesty.
