Do Not Mock the Companions 7 ٍ وَاِن ۡ کُنۡت َ قَد ۡ سَاءَتۡك َ اَمۡر ُ خ ِاَلَفَۃ ٍ ۡوَاِن ۡ کُنۡت َ قَد ۡ سَاءَتۡك َ اَمۡر ُ خ ِاَلَفَۃ ۡفَحَارِب ۡ مَلِیۡکًا اِجۡتَبَاھُم ۡ کَمُشۡتَرِي فَحَارِب ۡ مَلِیۡکًا اِجۡتَبَاھُم ۡ کَمُشۡتَرِي If you are annoyed with their Khil a fah, Then fight the Sovereign who chose them like a discerning buyer [selecting what he likes]. قَد ۡ وَقَع َ مَا کَان َ وَاقِعًا ِفَبِاِذۡنِہ ِ قَد ۡ وَقَع َ مَا کَان َ وَاقِعًا ِفَبِاِذۡنِہ ِف َـ اَلَ تَبۡك ِ بَعۡد َ ظُھُوۡر ِ قَدۡر ٍ مُّقَدَّر ف َـ اَلَ تَبۡك ِ بَعۡد َ ظُھُوۡر ِ قَدۡر ٍ مُّقَدَّر By His command, what was decreed to happen happened, So do not weep after the fulfilment of events which were des- tined to take place. ٍ کَذَاھِل ٍ ُّٰ الۡعَلِیۡم ُ کَذَاھِل هّٰلل َ ا ُ وَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَف ُّٰ الۡعَلِیۡم هّٰلل َ ا ِوَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَف ِوَمَا کَان َ رَب ُّ الۡکَائِنَات ِ کَمُھۡتَر وَمَا کَان َ رَب ُّ الۡکَائِنَات ِ کَمُھۡتَر Allah, the All-Knowing, did not make them Successors while He was unaware, Nor was He, the Lord of All Creations, mistaken. ٍ مَّوۡعُوۡدَۃ ٍ ٍ مَّوۡعُوۡدَۃ ُ خ ِاَلَفَۃ ٍاُمُوۡر ُ خ ِاَلَفَۃ ۡ اُمُوۡر ۡ وَقُضِیَت ِوَقُضِیَت ٍ مُّفَکِّر قَلۡب ِّ ٌ ل َ اٰیَات ذَاك ِوَفِي ٍ مُّفَکِّر قَلۡب ِّ ٌ ل َ اٰیَات ذَاك وَفِي What happened was a fulfilment of the promised Khil a fah. In this, there are signs for those who reflect. کَالشَّمۡسِ فِيالضُّحٰی َالصِّدِّیۡقَ کَالشَّمۡسِ فِيالضُّحٰی وَاِنِّيۡ اَرَیالصِّدِّیۡق ِوَاِنِّيۡ اَرَی َ ھُوۡجر ٌ عِنۡد ُ مَقۡبُوۡلَۃ ِمَاٰثِرُہ َ ھُوۡجر ٌ عِنۡد ُ مَقۡبُوۡلَۃ مَاٰثِرُہ I see a s - S idd i q like the sun at forenoon, His good deeds in the face of adversity are undisputed. ٖ ٖظِلِّہ َ وَکَان َ لِذَات ِ الۡمُصۡطَفٰی مِثۡل َ ظِلِّہ ۡوَکَان َ لِذَات ِ الۡمُصۡطَفٰی مِثۡل ۡکَالۡجَرِي َ وَمَھۡمَا اَشَار َ الۡمُصۡطَفٰی قَام َ کَالۡجَرِي وَمَھۡمَا اَشَار َ الۡمُصۡطَفٰی قَام He was like the shadow of the Chosen Prophets. Whatever the Prophet asked for, he came forward bravely. ٖ اَمۡوَال َ بَیۡتِہ ٖ ِ وَاَعۡطٰی لِنَصۡر ِ الدِّیۡن ِ اَمۡوَال َ بَیۡتِہ ِوَاَعۡطٰی لِنَصۡر ِ الدِّیۡن ِ سِوَی الشَّیۡي ِ الۡحَقِیۡر ِ الۡمُحَقَّر جَمِیۡعًا سِوَی الشَّیۡي ِ الۡحَقِیۡر ِ الۡمُحَقَّر جَمِیۡعًا For the sake of supporting Islam, he gave all his wealth. He kept nothing but the very minimal for himself.
