162 ٗ َ قَوْلُہ ٍ یُسِرُّك َّ قَوَّال َ رُب اْل َ ا ٗ َ قَوْلُہ ٍ یُسِرُّك َّ قَوَّال َ رُب اْل َ ُا َ مَنْظَر َ سَاءَك َّ الْوَجْہ ْ تَنْظُرَن ُوَلَو َ مَنْظَر َ سَاءَك َّ الْوَجْہ ْ تَنْظُرَن وَلَو There are many who talk much and are such that their words will sound pleasing to you, But when you look at their faces they will appear abhorrent to you. ٍ تَرَی الْعَیْن ُ مَا ھُو َ ظَاھِر ٌ غَیْر ُ کَاتِم ٍ ُتَرَی الْعَیْن ُ مَا ھُو َ ظَاھِر ٌ غَیْر ُ کَاتِم َ یُسْتَر ھُو ِ مَا ُ الْعَیْنَان تَنْظُر ُوَمَا َ یُسْتَر ھُو ِ مَا ُ الْعَیْنَان تَنْظُر وَمَا The eye can only see what is apparent and not concealed; Eyes cannot see that which is concealed. ٌ غَوَایَۃ َ اھْتَدَیْنَا ْ قِیْل ْ وَاِن وَفِیْھِم ٌ غَوَایَۃ َ اھْتَدَیْنَا ْ قِیْل ْ وَاِن ُوَفِیْھِم ُ وَیُثْمِر الض َّاَلَل ٖ یَنْمُو ٌ بِہ ُوَکِبْر ُ وَیُثْمِر الض َّاَلَل ٖ یَنْمُو ٌ بِہ وَکِبْر Although they claim to have found guidance, there is in them error. And arrogance abounds along with which that error grows and ripens and bears [evil] fruit. ٍ ْ رُعُوْنَۃ ْ مِن دِیْنَھُم ٌ اَضَاعُوْا اُنَاس ٍ ْ رُعُوْنَۃ ْ مِن دِیْنَھُم ٌ اَضَاعُوْا اُنَاس ِ آثَرُوْا الدِّیْن ْ عَلَی َ دُنْیَاھُم وَاَھْوَاء ِ آثَرُوْا الدِّیْن ْ عَلَی َ دُنْیَاھُم وَاَھْوَاء They are the people who have wasted away their religion with arrogance, Giving preference to worldly pleasures over faith. ْ ِ جَھْلِـھِم ْ اَعَاصِیْر ْ مِن َ قَلْبِي تَأَلَّم ْ ِ جَھْلِـھِم ْ اَعَاصِیْر ْ مِن َ قَلْبِي ُتَأَلَّم ُفَفِي الصَّدْر ِ حَزَّاز ٌ وَفِي الْقَلْب ِ خَنْجَر فَفِي الصَّدْر ِ حَزَّاز ٌ وَفِي الْقَلْب ِ خَنْجَر Their ignorant onslaughts have wounded my heart; There is an anguish in my bosom and a sword piercing my heart. ْ َانِهِم ی لَهُم ْ سَلَف ٌ قَد ْ اَخْطَأوْا فِي ْ بَ ْ َانِهِم ی لَهُم ْ سَلَف ٌ قَد ْ اَخْطَأوْا فِي ْ بَ ْ وَتَخَیَّرُوْا آثَارَھُم ْ اٰثَرُوْا فَھُم ْ وَتَخَیَّرُوْا آثَارَھُم ْ اٰثَرُوْا فَھُم There were among their elders those who made mistakes in their discourses, And these people have adopted their traditions.
