158 ْ ُهُم ھ ْ ِ وُجُو ِ ااْلِْتِّقَاء ْ بِنُوْر اَنَارَت ْ ُهُم ھ ْ ِ وُجُو ِ ااْلِْتِّقَاء ْ بِنُوْر ُاَنَارَت َ التَّکَدُّر اْل ْ َ لَو ْ عَیْنَاك ُفَتَعْرِفُھُم َ التَّکَدُّر اْل ْ َ لَو ْ عَیْنَاك فَتَعْرِفُھُم Their countenances are lit up by the light of piety; Your eyes would surely recognize them if there was no haze in the way. ْ یُـمِیْلُوْن َ قَلْب َ الْخَلْق ِ نَحْو َ نُفُوْسِھِم ْ ُیُـمِیْلُوْن َ قَلْب َ الْخَلْق ِ نَحْو َ نُفُوْسِھِم الْخَوَاطِر ْ اِلَیْھَا ٍ تَصْبُو ُ بِنَاظِرَۃ الْخَوَاطِر ْ اِلَیْھَا ٍ تَصْبُو بِنَاظِرَۃ They draw people’s hearts to themselves; With eyes that pull the hearts in their direction. ْ کَاَن َّ حَیَات َ الْقَوْم ِ تَحْت َ حَیَاتِھِم ْ ُکَاَن َّ حَیَات َ الْقَوْم ِ تَحْت َ حَیَاتِھِم ِّٰ یَبْدُو ْ وَیَجْدُر هّٰلل ُبِھِم ْ زَرْع ُ دِیْن ِ ا ِّٰ یَبْدُو ْ وَیَجْدُر هّٰلل بِھِم ْ زَرْع ُ دِیْن ِ ا It is as if the life of the nation is beholden to their life; Through them the garden of faith sprouts and becomes verdant. ٍ ُم ْ زُر ْ بِخُلَّة ھ َ ُنْت َ تَبْغِي ْ زَوْر ک ْ وَاِن ٍ ُم ْ زُر ْ بِخُلَّة ھ َ ُنْت َ تَبْغِي ْ زَوْر ک ْ ُوَاِن وَتُسْتَر ِ تُخْفٰی َ ااْلَْغْیَار ٌ مِن ُوُجُوْہ وَتُسْتَر ِ تُخْفٰی َ ااْلَْغْیَار ٌ مِن وُجُوْہ Thus, if you wish to see them, then look at them as a friend; For their faces are such as are kept concealed from strangers. ٍ کَذٰلِك َ طَلَعَت ْ شَمْسُنَا فِي سَتَارَۃ ٍ ُکَذٰلِك َ طَلَعَت ْ شَمْسُنَا فِي سَتَارَۃ َ وَاَبْھَر اُنِیْر ْ حَتّٰی ُ امْکُثِی ُفَقُلْت َ وَاَبْھَر اُنِیْر ْ حَتّٰی ُ امْکُثِی فَقُلْت Likewise did my Sun rise from behind a veil, And I told it to stop until I become illuminated and prevail over all other lights. ٍ ْن ِ طَالِب ی وَلَسْنَا بِمَسْتُوْر ٍ عَلٰی عَ ٍ ْن ِ طَالِب ی ُ وَلَسْنَا بِمَسْتُوْر ٍ عَلٰی عَ ْ وَیَنْظُر ْ وَیَرْنُو ْ یَأْتِي الَّذِی ُیَرَانَا ْ وَیَنْظُر ْ وَیَرْنُو ْ یَأْتِي الَّذِی یَرَانَا And I am not hidden from the eye of the seeker; He who will come to me will see me, provided that he adopts perseverance.
