90 َ عَامِدًا هّٰللّٰ َفْجُر ُ ا ی َ اْل ْ مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي َ و َ عَامِدًا هّٰللّٰ َفْجُر ُ ا ی َ اْل ْ مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي َ ُو ْف ٌ مُّطَھَّر ی مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي ْ بَر ٌّ عَفِ َ ُو ْف ٌ مُّطَھَّر ی مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي ْ بَر ٌّ عَفِ َ و And, who among them does not intentionally commit transgression against God? And, who among them is pious and righteous and has a pure heart? ِ ْ لِتُقَاتِه سَبَّنِي ْ مَا الَّذِي ْ ذَا مَن َ و ِ ْ لِتُقَاتِه سَبَّنِي ْ مَا الَّذِي ْ ذَا مَن َ ُو أُکْفِر َ ْف َ أُوْذِي ْ و ی َ قَال َ ذَرُوْنِي ْ ک َ ُو أُکْفِر َ ْف َ أُوْذِي ْ و ی َ قَال َ ذَرُوْنِي ْ ک َ و And, who among them is the one who, out of his so-called sense of piety, has not hurled abuse at me, And has not pleaded others to forsake me, so that he could cause distress to me and declare me a disbeliever? ْ ِ کُلَّھُم َ الْقَوْم َّ أَکَابِر إِن َ َ و ْف ی کَ َ و ْ ِ کُلَّھُم َ الْقَوْم َّ أَکَابِر إِن َ َ و ْف ی کَ َ ُو ُ مُشَھَّر الْحُسَام َّ ٌ و حِرَاص َّ ُعَلَي ُ مُشَھَّر الْحُسَام َّ ٌ و حِرَاص َّ عَلَي How can they prevent themselves from hurling abuse at me, While they are intent on taking my life and while the sword is drawn? ٌ ْھِم ْ رُعْب ُ صِدْقِي ْ مُعَظَّم ی َ لـٰکِن ْ عَل َ و ٌ ْھِم ْ رُعْب ُ صِدْقِي ْ مُعَظَّم ی َ لـٰکِن ْ عَل َ ُو ْث َ مَن ْ ھُو َ جَوْذَر ی ْف َ یُبَارِي اللَّ ی َ ُفَک ْث َ مَن ْ ھُو َ جَوْذَر ی ْف َ یُبَارِي اللَّ ی َ فَک In fact, they are overwhelmed by my grandeur; How can a mere calf dare to compete with a lion? ْ َّ لِسَانُهُم اْل ِ ِ إ الْقَوْم ْدِي ی َ َ بِأ ْس ی َ فَل ْ َّ لِسَانُهُم اْل ِ ِ إ الْقَوْم ْدِي ی َ َ بِأ ْس ی َ ُفَل َنْظُر ی ُ هّٰللّٰ ا َ و ِّ ً بِالسَّب ُمُنَجَّسَة َنْظُر ی ُ هّٰللّٰ ا َ و ِّ ً بِالسَّب مُنَجَّسَة So, what my people have is a tongue alone— The tongue that is mired in the filth of vituperation. But, God is witnessing all this. ْنَنَا ی ُ أَن َّ الطَّعْن َ بِالطَّعْن ِ بَ هّٰللّٰ َی ا قَض ْنَنَا ی ُ أَن َّ الطَّعْن َ بِالطَّعْن ِ بَ هّٰللّٰ َی ا قَض ْ لِیُبْصِرُوْا ٌ أَتَاھُم َ طَاعُوْن فَذَالِك ْ لِیُبْصِرُوْا ٌ أَتَاھُم َ طَاعُوْن فَذَالِك God has decided that a curse be responded with a curse; And the plague is that very curse. It has now arrived in their coun- try, so that it may open their eyes.
