ارشادات حضرت خلیفہ امسیح الخامس ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ 185 مشعل راہ جلد پنجم حصہ دوم delegations make it a point that this is the forum where you have to give your opinion and suggestions but not for the sake of arguing or for debating and don't press the house to accept your opinion as it is in the worldly parliaments or gatherings or meetings۔And subcommittees which will also be useful for next Shura if I had known it earlier (I would have come here before the start of your Majlis-e-Shura) that subcommittees should discus the matter in detail and try to find out all aspects against and for of the subject under discussion۔This will also help to save the time of the other members of the Majlis-e-Shura۔I don't whether you also appoint subcommittees here or not۔They are appointed perhaps۔So by this you will save the time of members of Majlis-e-Shura, who are not the members of the subcommittee but they are members of Majlis-e-Shura۔They can know the pros and cons of the point under discussion, and in view of that they can give their opinions and suggestions in a better way۔And also keep in mind that whenever you are giving your suggestions and opinions as I have said earlier that the house is giving the views and their final decision or suggestion to Khalifatul Massih and it is not necessary that Khalifatul Massih accept the matter as it is or in the same shape۔He has the right as I mentioned earlier that Khalifatul Massih has the right to accept part of it or total opinion or reject partially or totally your advices or opinions and as I have told if so happens when, and it has been experienced many a times that whenever Khalifatul Massih rejected or did not agree with the decision of the Majlis-e-Shura and he took his own decision on the matter۔His decision was blessed always by Allah۔And one more important point is that you who are the members of Majlis-e-Shura, those who are elected
