ارشادات حضرت خلیفة المسیح الخامس ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ 186 مشعل راه جلد پنجم حصہ دوم community۔Even sometimes it so happened that the unanimous opinion of the followers were rejected totally and later the members realized that the decision of the Holy Prophet SAW or the khulafa was correct۔Now I will give you the brief of the advantages of the consultation that number one, the Khalifa or the Emir comes to know the views of his followers and when he knows the views he can take the decisions۔As the result of their view the second is the same thing that he is helped in arriving at a correct decision۔Number three, representative of the Jamaat get an opportunity to think about and take personal interest in important matters of the Jamaat۔And number four, the Khalifa is enabled to judge the mental and administrative capabilities of different individuals which help him to assign the right work to the right man۔And number five۔It enables Khalifa to know the attitude, aspirations and tendencies as well as the moral and spiritual conditions of the different members of the community and thus becomes stable to effect an improvement where ever necessary among the members of the Jamaat۔Now I will give you some other important points which the members of the Shura should know, that number one, as I had explained earlier that institution of Shura in the Jamaat is second most important and sacred institution after the institution of Khilafat۔So I hope this can make you realize the importance of your being the member of Majlis-e-Shura۔And when you will realize this importance you will work with full dedication for the cause of the Jamaat۔Number two, this number two point۔It had to be explained earlier but now in the closing also I should explain it to you because it can be useful for you in the next Majlis-e-Shura۔That during the proceedings and
