72 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n Ahmad ī Muslims do not dare to suggest weaknesses in All ā h’s book – the Holy Qur’ ā n – and see its perfection in its present form! Unfortunately, Farhan Khan has the “courage” to do otherwise, but that, once again, is on account of his own ignorance. There exists a fine line between courage and stupidity, and one’s knowledge or ignorance determines which side one stands upon. A Controversial Statement of Farhan Khan In order to strengthen one of his arguments against Isl ā m Ahmadiyya, Farhan Khan writes something very controversial, that is, “. . . only prophets receive the revelation from All ā h. . . ” 58. Statements like these underscore the magnitude of Khan’s ignorance and illustrate the distance he is willing to go in order to discredit Ahmadiyya Muslim beliefs in his desperate attempt to bring Ahmad ī s, the real Muslims, to his personal version and interpretation of Isl ā m. This statement has been made in utter ignorance of many statements of the Holy Qur’ ā n! For the benefit of the reader, we are presenting a few verses that categorically state that people other than prophets can receive revelation: َّ اِن َّ اَﻻ ُ اﻟْﻤَﻠٰٓﯩِٕﻜَﺔ ُ ﻋَﻠَهيِْﻢ ُ ﺗَﺘَزنََّل اﺳـْﺘَﻘَﺎﻣُﻮْا َُّ مث ُّٰ اهلل رَﺑُّﻨَﺎ ﻗَﺎﻟُﻮْا َ اذلَِّﻳْﻦ َ ﺗُﻮْﻋَﺪُوْن ُْ ﻛُﻨْمت ِْ اﻟَّىت ِ ابِﻟْﺠَـﻨَّﺔ وَاَﺑْرشُِوْا حتَْﺰَﻧُﻮْا َ وَﻻ ختََﺎﻓُﻮْا ِْ وَىف ادلُّﻧْﻴَﺎ ِ اﻟْﺤَﻴٰﻮة ِْ ىف ُْ اَوْﻟِﻴٰٓـﺆُمك ُ حنَْﻦ ْۤ ﺗَﺸـْهتَِـﻰ ﻣَﺎ ﻓِهيَْﺎ ُْ وَﻟَـمك ِۚ اﻻْٰﺧِﺮَة َؕ ﺗَﺪَّﻋُﻮْن ﻣَﺎ ﻓِهيَْﺎ ُْ وَﻟَـمك ُْ اَﻧْﻔُﺴُمك ٍْ رَّﺣِمي ٍ ﻏَﻔُﻮْر ْ ﻣِّﻦ ً ﻧُﺰُﻻ 58 Khan, With Love , Page 29
