It is quoted again as follows: Cال a @eہ a اﷲ a ر= a ثوبان a @ن a Gردو Mہ a ابن a اخرج a و : a Cال a اGُت a B a :aiون a إHہ a :cم a و a @icہ a اﷲ a c< a اﷲ a ر:ول a ﻻ a اeFبiiن a خاتم a اHا a و a Hب، a أHہ a Mز@م a gcDم a ثثون a Dذابون a ب]دی. a Hب Hazrat Thaub ā n ra narrates that the Holy Prophet sa said: “Indeed, there will arise in my ummah thirty arch-liars, each of whom will claim to be a prophet, and I am the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n ( Seal of prophets ), there is no prophet after me (without my seal)”. All the varying narrations of the above had ī th are from weak narrators. For instance, in J ā mi‘ Tirmidh ī , it is narrated by Ab ū Qal ā bah and Thaub ā n, both of whom are weak narrators. About Ab ū Qal ā bah, it is written, “ a @eد a Kو a و a اFتاب]iن a B`gاء a Gن a Cبۃ a ابو a iFس اFبcہ a B a G]دود a اeFاس ” (Ab ū Qal ā bah was not a wise person. Instead, among the people, he was famous for ignorance) 19. It is also stated, “ cMحg`م a Fم a @dن a و a Fحg`م a @dن a GدFس a اHہ ” (He used to narrate from those whom he met and from those whom he did not meet) 20.
