خطبات ناصر جلد ششم سب کا حوالہ موجود ہے، وہ میں پڑھ دیتا ہوں۔۷۴ خطبه جمعه ۲۸ فروری ۱۹۷۵ء "I Observing that the Governments of India and Pakistan have accepted the provisions of the United Nation Commission for India and Pakistan resolution of 13 August 1948 and 5 January 1949۔۔۔۔that the future of the state of Jammu and Kashmir shall be decided through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite conducted auspices of the United Nations۔under the کہ اقوام متحدہ کی زیر نگرانی آزادانہ اور غیر جانبدارانہ رائے شماری کے ذریعہ کشمیر کے مستقبل کا فیصلہ کیا جائے گا۔اس میں ۱۳ اگست ۱۹۴۸ ء اور ۵ /جنوری ۱۹۴۹ء کی قراردادوں کا ۱۳ راگست ۱۹۴۸ء کو اقوام متحدہ کے کمیشن کی رپورٹ پر جو فیصلہ ہوا تھا، وہ بھی ذکر موجود ہے۔میں سنا دیتا ہوں۔"The Government of India and the Government of Pakistan reaffirm their wish that the future status of the state of Jammu and Kashmir shall be determined in accordance with the will of the people and to that end, upon acceptance of the truce Agreement both Governments agree to enter into consultations with the commission to determine fair and equitable conditions whereby whereby such free expression will be assured۔"
