467 دوسری آئینی ترمیم 1974ء۔خصوصی کمیٹی میں کیا گزری مرضی سے ان کے کیس کی تائید کرنے کے لئے کیا گیا تھا۔اس مرحلہ پر اٹارنی جنرل صاحب نے اس کمیشن کے ایک جج جسٹس منیر صاحب کے ایک مضمون کا حوالہ پڑھ کر اعتراض اٹھانے کی کوشش کی۔جسٹس منیر صاحب نے 1964ء میں پاکستان ٹائمز میں ایک مضمون لکھا جس کا ایک پیراگراف جماعت احمدیہ کے میمورنڈم کے بارے میں تھا۔اٹارنی جنرل صاحب نے یہ حوالہ پڑھ کر سنایا اور کہا کہ ہم چوہدری ظفر اللہ خان صاحب کی خدمات کا اعتراف تو کرتے ہیں لیکن جسٹس منیر کے اس مضمون سے جماعت احمدیہ کے میمورینڈم کے بارہ میں منفی تاثر ابھرتا ہے۔ہم جسٹس محمد منیر صاحب کے اس مضمون کا متعلقہ حصہ من و عن درج کر کے ان میں تحریر کئے گئے حقائق کا تجزیہ پیش کریں گے۔جسٹس منیر صاحب لکھتے ہیں۔"In connection with this part of the case I cannot refrain from mentioning an extremely unfortunate circumstance۔I have never understood why the Ahmadis submitted a seperate representation۔The need for such a representation could arise only if the Ahmadis did not agree with the Muslim league case- itself a regrettable possibility۔Perhaps they intended to reinforce the Muslim League's case but in doing so they gave the facts and figures for different parts of Garh Shankar, thus giving prominence to the fact that in the area between River Bein and River Basanter the non-Muslims constituted a majority and providing arguement for the contention that if the area between rivers Ujh and Bein went to India, the area between the Bein
