160 (iii) To ensure that the accounts of the Jam a ‘at are kept and maintained properly. (iv) To see that monthly financial statements of accounts are submitted to the Wakil ‘Ala Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d , through Wak i lul M a l II at the end of each month. (v) To prepare the annual budget of the National Jam a ‘at and present it to the Majlis-e-‘ A mila for review and onward submission to the National Majlis Shura , whose recommendations shall be sent to Hadrat Khalifatul Masih for final approval. (vi) To recommend to the Majlis-e-‘ A mila any amendments required in the annual budget during the fiscal year. The Majlis-e-‘ A mila shall request the Markaz for final approval. (Internal transfers from one sub-head to the other sub-head of the contingent expenses and transfer of budget from reserve for unforeseen expenses can be approved by the Majlis-e- ‘ A mila and do not require Centre’s approval). In case of difference of opinion, the decision of the Chairman of the Finance Committee shall be binding on the Committee, but any member disagreeing may appeal, through the Chairman, to the Wakil A‘la Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d whose decision shall be final.
