62 her daughters - in - law acccepted her advice happily. Indeed , Hadrat Choti Appa was to say that Hadrat Amman Jan ra gave her more love than any mother. This indeed was high praise. It is a standard which we as women should aspire to emulate as mothers - in - law. Indeed, it is a challenge and only possible if one ’ s love for Allah Almighty is so strong that it surpasses everything else including one ’ s own ego. Similarly , “ Hadrat Mehr Appa ” also relates that Hadrat Amman Jan ra was more of a loving mother than a mother - in - law. 48 Because of her sincere affection none of her daughters - in - law resented her guidance.
