946 AL-ISTIFTA'-SUPPLEMENT TO HAQIQATUL-WAHI مَا خَابَ مِثْلِى مُؤْمِنٌ بَلْ خَصْمُنَا قَدْ خَابَ بِالتَّكْفِيْرِ وَ الْإِفْتَاءِ مثل من شخصے ہرگز خائب و خاسر نمی گردد بلکہ دشمنی کہ برائے تکفیر فتوی تیار کرد خائب و خاسر خواهد شد A believer like me never suffers failure; But, my enemy was frustrated as he sought to declare me a disbeliever. الْغُمْرُ يَبْدُو نَاجِذَيْهِ تَغَيْظًا أَنْظُرْ إِلى ذِي لَوْثَةٍ عَجْمَاءِ جاہلے دندان خود را از دشمنی آشکارا می کند سوئے این غبی که مثل چار پایه است نگه کن The ignorant one exposes his canine teeth in rage; Look at this dumb animal! قَدْ أَسْخَطَ الْمَوْلَى لِيُرْضِيَ غَيْرَهُ وَاللهُ كَانَ أَحَقَّ لِلْإِرْضَاءِ برائے رضائے اغیار خدا را ناراض کرد و خدا برائے راضی کردن احق و اولی بود He has displeased his Lord God in order to please others, Whereas pleasing God is far more deserving and proper. كَسَّرْتُ ظَرْفَ عُلُوْمِهِمْ كَزُجَاجَةٍ فَتَطَايَرُوْا كَتَطَايُرِ الْوَقْعَاءِ من ظرف علوم ایشانرا بھیجو شیشه شکسته ام پس بھیجو غباری که برخیزد پرواز کردند I shattered the vessels of their knowledge like glass; Thus were they blown away like dust. 1. * The word يَبْدُو is written here as is in the first edition. It seems that the in- tended word is يُبْدِى : the Persian translation in the original book confirms this. [Publisher]
