First it should be decided whether this concept is international or not. If it is, then you will have to accept that every concept that clashes with the concept of the Holy Quran is un-Islamic. Secondly, it is also essential to proclaim that anyone who attributes unjust views towards the Holy Quran, will be considered as arrogant to the Divine Word. Further, it should also be made known that anyone who tries to attribute towards Hadith or the sayings of the Holy Prophet of Islam, any theory against the Holy Quran will also be considered as hostile to the Holy Prophet. This is the only course of action that can remove the internal paradox in the world of Islam. If today there is a statesman who is gifted with intelligence and possesses the attribute of righteousness (Taqwa) and holds fast to the principles of justice and has the courage to say what is right and say it in the right manner, and also loves his nation and the world of Islam, then it is important that he should first declare a holy-war (Jihad) in this field. If the battle is not won on this front - no other subsequent battle will ever be won. Due to the presence of certain types of hypocrisies, some issues seem lo have been temporarily solved yet this problem has not been completely surmounted. We repeatedly see this spectacle in the world of Islam that wherever there is danger to the Muslim world from any direction, "Mullahism" or Muslim fanaticism begins to thrive. Mullahism begins to seep extensively into the brains of Muslims. At such times an extremist revolution looms large on the horiwn. This process is continuing and is on the increase. If this trend is not halted with wisdom, and harmony is not established in the minds of the masses regarding religious and political thinking, Muslim countries would for ever remain weak and would always continue to face quakes due to internal perils of paradoxes. They will never see any stability. Therefore, urgent and firm decisions are needed. These decisions must be made today! Time is rolling very fast and will not treat us with kindness and compassion. Which compassion? How many times have we been punished by the 'time'? How often have we been disgraced and humiliated in the world. If you will not rise today, you will never ever rise. Therefore, rise and take a decision by calling God as your witness that you will raise the "sword of truth" merely 292
