The Gulf Crisis & The New World Order for the sake of truth and start that ideological jihad which is not only permitted by the Holy Quran but is mandatory upon you by Divine order. THE REAL DANGER FOR THE MUSLIM COUNTRIES These are the dangers which I have explained, and for this reason no genuine democracy can ever flourish in an Islamic state. If you talk about the masses, then there is no effective arrangement for the teaching and training of the democratic system to the ordinary masses. They are included, neither in the political, nor in religious thought. Instead, the ruling junta comes to power through their votes, then rises to take on a new identity and image. Countries where there is no concordance in the thinking of rulers and the masses, even if democracy ever comes, it will only produce dictators and not democratic rulers. This has often happened that dictators have been produced as a result of a democratic procedure. Another bigger danger is, that Muslim rulers have always feared that "Mullahism" might produce so much bad-blood in the masses against the rulers, that in the name of Islam they may eve!}tually revolt against them. Therefore, the rulers start becoming even more dictatorial and start to use oppression to an ever greater extent. Because those who are thus persecuted are, according to the thinking of the masses, genuine sympathizers of Islam; thus sentiments continue to build up in favour of the clergy and against the politicians. This is not a single issue. It has a number of offshoots. Its only remedy is that which I have already suggested. Hold the Quranic System of Justice as you will hold Urwa-i-Wusqa a strong ring which is destined never to break. This is the Rope of Allah and the Rope of Justice which was lowered by the Holy Prophet to create peace among the nations of the world. Without holding fast to this rope, you can never find peace anywhere in the world so hold fast to this ring and invite the whole world, which is yearning for PEACE to hold on to this ring! Then there is another absurdity. Announcements and decrees of jihad (Holy-War) are made. Yet the above mentioned principles of the Mullah are also not recognized. This is the second folly of the politician that while he knows for certain that the Islamic system of justice does not permit such wars and conflicts to be branded as Jihad. 293
