But Al-amsu, Al-amsa and Al-amsi means one of the past days. ]ø Ú ø Ø ø [aor. mø ^» Ú ö Ø ö inf. noun ]ø Ú ø Ø º and ]ø Ú ø ^ Öø è º ] ]ø Ú ø × ø ä ü : He hoped it, hoped for it or he expected it or had a distant or remote expectation of it. ]ø Ú ø Ø º : Hope or expectation (syn.  ø q ø ^ ð º ) or a remote expectation or vain hope, and object of hope. ì ø ^ h ø  ø Ã » nö ä ü æ ø ]ø Ú ø × ö ä ü : His labour and his hope or expectation were frustrated æ ø mö ×» ã ô ã ô Ü ö ] » ø Ú ø Ø ö : And the vain hope may beguile them (15:4). æ ø ì ø n»  º ]ø Ú ø ¡ ÷ : And better in respect of hope (18:47). ]ø Ú ô à ø [aor. mø ^» Ú ø à ö inf. noun ]ø Ú ø à º and ]ø Ú ø ^ á º and ]ø Ú ø ßø è º and ]ø Ú » à º ] ]ø Ú ô à ø : He was or became or felt in a state of security or safety; originally the meaning was, he was or became easy in mind and free from fear. ]ø Ú ô à ø Ú ô à ø ] » ø  ø  ô or ]ø Ú ô à ø ] » ø  ø  ø : He was safe from lion. ]ø Ê ø ^ø Ú ô ßö ç » ] Ú ø Ó »  ø ] Ö × # ä ô Ê ø ¡ mø ^» Ú ø à ö Ú ø Ó »  ø ] Ö × # ä ô ]ô Ö ^ $ ] Ö» Ï ø ç » Ý ö ] Ö» í ø ^  ô  ö æ » á ø : Are they then secure from the design of Allah?
