Ê ô o »  ø  » Û ø jô o » Ò ø  ø ] : In my opinion it is thus. It is also used in the sense of belief or firm belief. eø Ø »  ø  ø Û » jö Ü » ]ø á » Ö $ à » Þ $ r » à ø Ø ø Öø Ó ö Ü » Ú $ ç »  ô  ÷ ] : But you thought that We would fix no time for the fulfilment of Our promise (18:49).  ø  ø Ü ø eô þ ³ ä´ : He was or became responsible, surety or guarantee for it.  ø  ô n» Ü º meaning responsible, answerable, guarantee or surety. ]ø Þø ^ eô ä´  ø  ô n» Ü º : I am surety for it (12:73). ]ø m % ã ö Ü » eô  F Öô Ô ø  ø  ô n» Ü º : Which of them will guarantee that (68:41).  ø  ø Ü ø  ø ×F o Î ø ç » Ý õ : He was or became chief or lord over a people  ø  ô Ü ø (aor. mø  »  ø Ü ö ) : He coveted or eagerly desired.  ø Ê ø  ø [aor. mø  » Ê ô  ö inf. noun  ø Ê»  ÷ ] and  ø Ê ô n»  ÷ ] ] : He drew in his breath to the utmost by reason of distress. It originally signifies, he drew back his breath vehemently so that his ribs became swollen out, or he sighed or sighed long and vehemently.  ø Ê ø  ø l ô ] Ö ß $ ^  ö : The fire made a sound to be heard from its burning.  ø Ê ø  ø l ô ] » ø  »  ö : The land put forth its plants or herbage.  ø Ê ô n»  º : Sigh; braying of an ass; a calamity; a misfortune.  ø Ê ô n»  º is the beginning of the cry of an ass and of the like, and  ø ã ô n» Ð º is the ending there-of, for the former is the drawing in of the breath and the latter is the sending it forth. Öø ã ö Ü » Ê ô n» ã ø ^  ø Ê ô n»  º æ $  ø ã ô n» Ð º : For them there will be sighing and sobbing (11:107).  ø Í $ [aor. mø  ô Í % inf. noun  ø Í $ and  ö Ê ö ç » Í º and  ø Ê ô n» Ì º ] : He hastened or was quick.  ø Ê $ k ô ] Ö  ôù m» x ö : The wind blew gently and continually.  ø Í $ ] Ö _ $ ^ ñô  ö : The bird spread its wings and threw itself.  ø Í $ ] Ö» Ï ø ç » Ý ö Ê ô o » Ú ø  » n ô ã ô Ü » : The people were quick in their walking.  ø Í $ ] Ö» à ø  ö æ »  ö : He conducted the bride with festive parade to her bridegroom.
