When applied to God, iø ç $ ] h º means One Who returns much or often to forgiveness towards His servants who turns to Him. ]ô á $ ] Ö × # ä ø â ö ç ø ] Ö j $ ç $ ] h ö ] Ö $ u ô n» Ü ö : Surely, God is oft-returning with compassion and is merciful (9:104).
