Ú ö jô Ü ' (act. part. n. from ]ø iø Ü $ and inf. noun ]ô i» Û ø ^ Ý º ) : He who completes or makes whole or entire or perfect. æ ø ] Ö × # ä ö Ú ö jô Ü % Þö ç »  ô å´ : And Allah will perfect His light (61:9) iø Û ø ^ Ý º or iø jô Û $ è º : Complement or supplement or a thing. iø ß % ç »  º It is derived from the root iø ß $  ø and means: A sort of fire-place or oven in which bread is baked; the surface of the ground; the highest part of the earth or ground; any place from which water pours forth; i. e. fountain etc; a place where the water of a valley collects; the break of the dawn. (7:144) iö ç » eö ç » ] ? ]ô ÖF o eø ^  ô ñô Ó ö Ü » : Turn ye to your Creator (2:55). iø ^ h ø ] Ö × # ä ö Â ø × ø n» ä ô : (1) God returned to him with mercy and acceptance of repentance; (2) God returned to him with forgiveness; (3) God forgave him and saved him from acts of disobedience, or accepted his repentance; (4) God returned to him with favour and grace.
