For the moment, our regulation is that if one of them gets married he is given twenty Rupees, when he has a family then Rupees three per child is increased, for up to four children. In other words the limit of their allowance is thirty-two Rupees and that is only when they have six mouths to feed in the house. I consider this allowance to be little. It is also not correct to limit the number of children and this should be removed as soon as possible.
