BarĀhĪn-e-a H madiyya — Part Four 122 د اشکب�ی� وت رہ ش � ل ن ف� اتہن د آ�ی� اکر ہچ نکب وضفیل دص Unless His grace opens for you the way you seek, The hundreds of futile attempts you make will all go in vain. اابنتسط اجےئ ہچ رسارئ در �ی�اط ن � ِّ َم � َ ب � زخد وچں رتشے There is no place for conjectures in subtle mysteries, A camel cannot pass through the eye of a needle. وکےئ ازاں ٔ ابربخ وتہن روےئ آں امجل داین وتہن You are ignorant of that path [leading to the Beloved], You know not the beauty of that Face, دیہ ہچ رمبدامں زو ربخے دیہ ہچ اشنں را اند�ی�دہ امہ What do you tell people about it? You have not seen the crescent—what sign of it will you tell others? ٔ ارسفدہ ہ ن س�ی� و �ی�ار نخس رمدہ رب اتس ٔ زدنہ اجہم To talk about the Beloved, when the breast is devoid of love, Is like dressing a corpse in the attire of the living. ر�یگ را زبرگ و دنلب ى رگ رب ادنگف وخادہش ابد شبنج However high you pile up sand, The currents of wind will blow it away. �اں ن ف�ی� رہ ہك �یکے تسہ ام را اجں و نت احمظف زاں �ود ش س ی م� Ours is but only One God; all types of grace Come from Him, who is the Protector of body and soul.
