Footnote Number Eleven 101 دخا ٔ الکم ذجہب آں وبد ا �ی� ن د� از روبد اشں دل ہك Indeed it was the attraction of the Word of God That turned their hearts away from the world. رپداتخ قح ر �ی� ن � ز ٔ اشں ہ ن س�ی� رُپ استخ وازےئم قشع آں � ی گ�اں It emptied their breasts of everything other than God, And filled them with the wine of love for God, the Unique. وچں دش آں ونر ِ اپک اشلم اشں اشں ِ اکلم دَبْر رپدہ از اتتف When that pure light permeated their very being, The Full Moon shone out of its veil! املظین اجحب رہ دش دور ونراین ووجد رسارس دش All veils of darkness were removed from them, Their being transformed entirely into light. اہنپین ذجبب ِ اشں اخرط رابین ق ش س �بع املئ رکد A hidden force of attraction drew their hearts Towards the love of the Lord. رادن ب َرمک�َ ر ن �ی� ت آں انچں قشع � امندن چیہ اخک تشم ازاں ہك Love galloped the mount so fast That nothing remained of this handful of dust. امدن ےن وہا و وہس ى ےن وخد رسسک وخں و اخبک اواتفدہ Nothing was left of ego, nor of desire, nor of greed, Like a [severed] head falling, covered in dust and blood. دخا ِ روےئ الجل اعاقشن دخا ِ وجےئ ِ زالل اطابلن They were lovers of the majestic and exalted countenance of God, They were indeed thirsty for the pure and sweet water of the river divine.
