BarĀhĪn-e-a H madiyya — Part three 70 د �یار را ی ِ آں ابدش ہک وج� ت اع� را اکر ربآرد اہ ّل ل ذت از و Wise is he who seeks the Beloved, And achieves his objective through humility and submission. رخد و لقع ازاں رتہب �بل�ہے ا ادنگف وخنت و ِ ربک اچبہ تک Foolishness is better than such reason and cleverness, That cast you into the pit of pride and self-conceit. ی روں از وخد آ ب اطبل ِ قح ابش و � رہب ِ دخا ُن وخد روی اہ رتک ک Seek the truth and come out of your ego, Abandon self-conceit for the sake of God. ی ہچ ا�ی ان تس و د� ی نم دنامن ا� ن ی� م� ل دم زدن در بنج ِ رب ّ ااعل I cannot understand what faith and what religion it is, To boast in the presence of the Lord of all the worlds. اجک ق ِ مُطل اقدر آن و اجک وت امن مک اہ ایہلب ی ا� ُن ک وتہب Who are you to stand before the Omnipotent, Repent, and do not expose such foolishness. مک وشد ش � ن ص ی �ف ِ دےم رگ رحش ی � ہمہ قلخ و اہجں ربمہ وشد ی ا� If He were to hold back the shower of His grace even for a moment, All of creation and the entire universe would come to naught. زمن االعتس الف یتسہ تسپ ی روں اپ زمن ب � ش ی یم ِ وخ� گل� و از O insignificant creature, do not boast with such arrogance; And do not make any claims that go beyond the due limits of your capacities. افین اتس ش � ش س ی �پ� اعدب آں ابدش ہک اعرف آں وک ُ وگ�ی دش الاثین اتس A true servant of God is one who feels as nothing before Him, And the enlightened is he who calls Him Peerless.
