346 الذكر المحفوظ دوسری جگہ لکھتی ہیں: It is to the holy book which has never been altered at the hands either of its friends or its enemies, by either the learned or the unlettered, the book that time does not wear out but which remains just as it was revealed by God to the rough and simple Apostle, the last of all law-bearing Propherts۔(opcit P:87) یہ وہ مقدس کتاب ہے جو کبھی بھی انسانی دست بُر دکا شکار نہیں ہوئی، نہ اپنوں کے ہاتھوں اور نہ ہی دُشمنوں کے ہاتھوں، نہ علما کے ہاتھوں اور نہ جہلا کے ہاتھوں۔یہ بعینہ ویسی ہے جیسی خدا کی طرف سے اس نئی معصوم، خاتم النبین ( ﷺ ) پر نازل کی گئی۔فلپ کے حتی کہتے ہیں: The Arabic copy that a Moslem uses today is an exact replica of a heavenly prototype, dictated word by word to the Prophet Mohammad۔(Islam, A Way of Life P:26) آج قرآن کریم کا عربی متن اس الہی صحیفہ کی نقل بمطابق اصل ہے جو محمد رسول اللہ (ع) کو لفظ لفظا لکھوایا گیا تھا۔مستشرق John Burton اختلاف قراءت پر بحث کے بعد اپنی تحقیق کے آخر پر لکھتا ہے: No major differences of doctrines can be constructed on the basis of the parallel readings based on the Uthmanic consonantal outline, yet ascribed to mushafs other than his۔All the rival readings unquestionably represent one and the same text۔They are substantially agreed in what they transmit۔۔۔(John Burton, The Collection of the Qur'an, Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1977, p۔171) یعنی ( حضرت ) عثمان کے مصحف اور دیگر قراء توں والے صحائف کے متن میں کسی قسم کے اعتقادی اختلاف کی نشان دی نہیں ہوتی۔تمام قراء تیں بلاشک وشبہ ایک ہی متن کی نمائندگی کرتیں اور ایک مضمون بیان کرتی ہیں۔مزید کہتا ہے اور گزشتہ سطور میں یہ گواہی گزر بھی چکی ہے: (The Qur'an as we have it today is) the text which has come down to us in the form in which it was organized and approved by the Prophet۔۔۔۔What we have today in our hands
