If a non-believer murders a believer accidentally he will have to pay blood money unless the inheritors of the deceased forgive him. The idolaters of Mecca and their allies shall not be granted shelter. 11. If anyone invades Mecca, the participants of the treaty would help each other. If an armistice is offered, all participants of the treaty would participate to decide as one party. 12. The believer must grant the same rights to other participants and pay their dues, unless they oppose them because of religious differences. 13.
