— Part III 318 And those who join what Allah has commanded to be joined, and fear their Lord, and dread the evil reckoning; And those who persevere in seeking the favour of their Lord, and observe Prayer, and spend out of that with which We have provided them, secretly and openly, and repel evil with good. It is those who shall have the best reward of the final Abode— Gardens of Eternity. They shall enter them and also those who are righteous from among their fathers, and their wives and their children. And Angels shall enter unto them from every gate, saying : 'Peace be unto you, because you were steadfast; behold how excellent is the reward of the final Abode!' (S u rah al-Ra‘d; Ch. 13: Vs. 21-25) They perform virtuous deeds secretly because they do not want to show off and they promote them openly to promote virtuous deeds among others. Again when they remove evil, they replace it with virtue. Their motto is not to dispel evil and to create a void, the virtue that they replace evil with fills that void. It is like having demolished a hazardous building; they build a new and much better and useful construction for the benefit of the people. Thus, every evil mentioned in the Holy Quran has its antithesis in the form of a virtue which must replace its corresponding evil. They remove falsehood with truth and remove
