This simultaneously ensures the production of defensive agents and their transportation to the exact location where they are needed. The alarm system specifically provided to humans, setting them apart from other animals, signals not only the body and its susceptibility to disease, but also alerts the moral awareness of man to himself as well as to God, and plays a vital role in the relationship that exists between God and him. A similar system of alert and defence works in relation to the religious and moral functioning of man. The Holy Quran presents the history of religion in relation to the treatment of Prophets as at the hands of their opponents. It goes into a detailed analysis of the moral and social degradation of man in the various ages.
