46 A VERDICT REQUIRED هیچ راهی نیست غیر از عجز و در دو اضطراب دامن پاکش از نخوتها نمی آید به دست His pure hem cannot be grasped by hands of pride; There is no path to Him but through humility, pain, and distress. جان سلامت بایدت از خودروی ها سربتاب بس خطرناک است راه کوچه ی یار قدیم Fraught with perils is the path to the Eternal Beloved; Abandon your ego if you value your life. هر که از خود گم شود او یا بد آن راه صواب تا کلامش فهم و عقل ناسزایان کم رسد The understandingandwisdom of the unworthy cannot fathom His Word; Only he who loses his ego shall find the righteous path. ذوق آن می داند آن مستی که نوشد آن شراب مشکل قرآن نه از ابنای دنیا حل شود The mysteries of the Holy Qur'an are not solved by worldly minds; Only he can appreciate the true taste of that wine who partakes of it. در حق ما هر چه گویی نیستی جای عتاب ای که آگاهی ندادندت ز انوار درون O ye deprived of the inner light! Whatever you say of me, I take no offence. تا مگر زین مرهمی به گردد آن زخمی خراب از سر وعظ و نصیحت این سخن ها گفته ایم These words are spoken as counsel and sincere advice; So that perhaps this balm might heal your festering wound.
