40 A VERDICT REQUIRED certainly recall (that is to say, it transpired within my heart while experiencing the spiritual realm of visions) that he was one of those regarding whom I had already published an announcement (meaning that, he is a person about whose death a prophecy has already been published in an announcement, or, in other words, it could be said that an announcement has already been published about him). This happened on Sunday at four o'clock in the morning. فَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ ]So Allah be praised for all this]. End quote. All these prophecies are loudly proclaiming that Lekh Ram's life was destined to end through murder. It is for this very reason that the poem inscribed at the head of the revelation pertaining to Lekh Ram comprises such words that attest to his assassina- tion. Consequently, the revealed announcement concerning Lekh Ram's death included in the book Āʼīnah Kamālāt-e-Islām [The Mirror of the Excellences of Islam], contains a few couplets at its head that allude to the murder. These couplets are written below, and they are as follows: عجب لعلیست در کان محمد عجب نوریست در جان محمد How wonderful is the light in the person of Muhammadsas! Andmarvellous indeed is the ruby in the mine of Muhammadas. که گردد از محبان محمد ز ظلمتها دلی آنگه شود صاف The heart is cleansed of all darkness When it joins the lovers of Muhammadsas.
