These and other activities under his leadership would even- tually culminate in the establishment of the Aḥmadiyya Muslim Jama'at in more than 150 countries throughout the world during his Khilafat alone. Haḍrat Mirza Tahir Ahmadta passed away on 19 April 2003, at the age of 74. He is succeeded by Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmadaba, the present Head of the international Aḥmadiyya Muslim Jamā'at.
