Hazrat Sahibzadah Abdul-Lateef 64 Before his arrest, while he was still in his house, Allah the Almighty gave him an indica- tion of the portending trial. He raised his hands and, looking at them, said: ‘O my hands, will you bear handcuffs with good grace?’ His wife, standing near him, was frightened and asked: ‘Why do you talk like this?’ replied: ‘You shall know after Asr Prayer. ’ It happened exactly as he had said. 13 At the time of Asr , fifty riders arrived to arrest as ordered by the governor of Khost. Although the gover- nor of Khost held Hazrat Sahibzadah Abdul- Lateef ra in very high regard and asked the riders to do the same, he also had to obey the Ameer.
