Hazrat Sahibzadah Abdul-Lateef 86 Then Sardar Nasrullah Khan read the verdict that the clerics had written. He told the clerics: ‘Be sure that the Ameer will not make any deci- sion against your wishes and will certainly fol- low your decision. But the Ameer wants to give some time to to ‘repent. ’ The crowd dispersed, and was sent back to prison. He continued to recite this prayer: اَنَّبَر اَل ْغِزُت اَنَبْوُلُق َدْعَب ْذِا اَنَتْيَدَه َو ْبَه اَنَل ْنِم َكْنُدَّل ًةَمْحَر١ۚ َكَّنِا 18 َتْنَا ُباَّهَوْلا۰۰ Our Lord, let not our hearts become per- verse after You have guided us; and bestow on us mercy from Yourself; surely, You, alone are the Bestower ( S u rah A l-e-‘Imr a n, 3:9).
