60 KHUTBAH ILHAMIYYAH - خطبة العاميه ۱ یہ جو حدیثوں میں لکھا ہے کہ مسیح موعود نازل ہوگا یہ نزول کا لفظ اس اشارہ کیلئے اختیار کیا گیا ہے کہ وہ زمانہ ایسا ہوگا کہ تمام زمین پر تاریکی چھا جائیگی اور دیانت اور امانت اور راستی زمین پر سے اٹھ جائے گی۔ اور زمین ظلم اور جور سے بھر جائیگی۔ تب خدا آسمان سے ایک نور نازل کرے گا اور اس سے زمین کو دوبارہ روشن کر دے گا۔ وہ اوپر سے آئے گا کیونکہ نور ہمیشہ اوپر کی طرف سے آتا ہے اور مسیح موعود کا وقت ایسا وقت بیان کیا گیا ہے که اس وقت اشاعت اسلام کے تمام اسباب معطل ہو جائیں گے اور مسلمانوں کے دونوں ہاتھ درماندہ ہو جائیں گے کیونکہ خدا کی غیرت اس بات کو چاہے گی کہ اس اعتراض کو اٹھادے اور دفع اور دور کرے جو کہا گیا ہے کہ اسلام تلوار کے ذریعہ سے پھیلایا گیا پس مسیح موعود کے وقت کے لئے یہ حکم ہے کہ تلواروں کو نیام میں کریں اور مذہب کے لئے کوئی شخص تلوار نہ اٹھائے اور اگر اٹھائے گا تو کافروں سے سخت شکست 1. Where it is stated in the ahādīth that the Promised Messiah will descend, the word nuzūl [descent] has been used to indicate that this age will be such that darkness would have spread over the entire world, while honesty, trust, and truthfulness would have bid it farewell. The earth would be filled with injustice and tyranny. It was to be then that God would send down a light from the heavens and would thereby illumine the world once again. It was to descend from above, because light always descends from on high. The time of the Promised Messiah is said to be one in which all means for the propagation of Islam would have been out of reach and Muslims would be left totally powerless. This will happen because the jealousy of God wills to remove, refute and eradicate the objection that has been raised against Islam suggesting that it was spread by the sword. Therefore, it is ordained that during the time of the Promised Messiah swords be sheathed and no one take up the sword for the sake of religion.
