CH. 30 R. 4. AR-RUM PT. 21 ضَرَبَ لَكُمْ مَّثَلًا مِّنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ هَلْ 29. He sets forth for you a parable concerning yourselves. تَكُمْ مِنْ مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْ شُرَكَاءَ Have you, among those whom فِي مَا رَزَقْنَكُمْ فَأَنْتُمْ فِيْهِ سَوَاءً your right hands possess, partners in what We have تَخَافُونَهُمْ كَخِيفَتِكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ كَذلِكَ provided for you so that you become equal sharers therein, and fear them as you fear each other? Thus do We explain the Signs to a people who understand. 3010 نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ بَلِ اتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَ Nay, but those who are. 30 ظَلَمُوا أَهْوَا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۚ فَمَنْ يَهْدِي مَنْ أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ. knowledge وَمَا لَهُمْ مِنْ نُّصِرِينَ unjust follow their own low desires without knowledge. There will be no helpers for them. فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا فِطْرَتَ So set thy face to the. 31 service of religion as one اللهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا لَا تَبْدِيلَ devoted to God. And follow the لِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيْمُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُوْنَ nature made by Allah-the nature in which He has created mankind. Commentary: It This verse contains a very effective argument against polytheism. purports to say that when a master and slave are not equal though they are both human beings, and when the master would not share his wealth and property with his slave, how then could God, the sole Creator and Controller of all things, be equal to idols of wood and stone and how could He be regarded as sharing the control of the universe with anybody. | See also 21:23. 2508
