PT. 2 AL-BAQARAH CH. 2 وَاَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلهِ فَإِنْ And complete the Hajj and. 197 the 'Umrah for the sake of أَحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ Allah: but if you are kept back وَلَا تَحْلِقُوْا رُءُ وَسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْهَدَى مَحِلَّهُ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَّرِيضًـ اَوبِةٍ أَذًى مِّنْ رَّأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ ۚ وقفة then make whatever offering is easily available; and do not shave your heads until the offering reaches its destination. And whoever among you is sick or has an ailment of the head, أَوْ صَدَقَةِ أَوْ نُسُكِ فَإِذَا أَمِنْتُمْ should make an expiation either فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَقِّ فَمَا by fasting or almsgiving or a sacrifice. (2) Or it means, do not be unjust or cruel to your enemies in your eagerness to bring the war to a speedy end, for Allah loves those who are good to others. Elsewhere the Quran says: Let not the enmity of a people incite you to be unjust. Be just (to all) for that is nearer righteousness, (3) Or it means, think well of your Lord, i. e. do not think that if you spend your money under God's commandment, He will suffer you to come to ruin thereby.
