119 is to achieve peace of mind through Allah. Allah has allowed us to build a spiritual and strong connection with Him. Striving for that connection can be an additional method that aids in the process of treating depression. Many of us may fall into depression about sins we may have committed in the past, but you must remember that Allah forgives all.
