670 Ā'ĪNA-E-KAMĀLĀT-E-ISLĀM―DĀFI‘UL-WASĀWIS و این آب من ز آب زلال محمد است این آتشم زآتش مهر محمد است The fire of devotion that burns within me Is from the fire of the love of Muhammadsas; The water that I possess Is from the sweet and pure water of Muhammadas. About the Treatise Sirāj-e-Munīr [The Bright Sun]-Consisting of the Signs of the All-Powerful Lord My humble self (author of Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya) has attempted to write the above-mentioned treatise with the objective of presenting before the eyes of the deniers of the Divine origin of Islam and those who reject the Prophethood of Khairul-Anām [the Best of Creation], millions of greetings of peace be upon him and his progeny, such a shining lamp whose light is resplendent on all sides like a brilliant pearl and includes magnificent prophecies that have not yet taken place. Accordingly, the Noble Lord of Honour and Glory, who is aware of the hidden secrets, enabled me to discharge this great responsibility by informing me of some hidden verities and news of the unseen. In truth, it is His grace and it is indeed His doing that He relieved me from the onslaughts of the opponents on all sides. As has been said: 3 [He made short work of the matter; otherwise, it would be a great headache]. ورنہ
