34 ΑΙΝΑ-Ε-ΚΑMĀLĀT-E-ISLAM-DAFI UL-WASĀWIS صلى الله والسلام این خبر شد جان احمد را که بود از عشق زار هیچکس از خبث شرک و ر جس بت آگه نه شد Unknown to all was the evil of shirk [polytheism] and the filth of the idol; may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him Only the soul of Ahmad was cognizant of it, for his heart was lost in the love of God. کرداز بهر جهان در گنج کان شفیعی کرداز کس چه می داند کر ازان ناله با باشد خبر : غار Who knows and who is aware of the cries and pleas That the Holy Prophet made for the world in the Cave of Hira? کا ندران غاری در آوردش حزین و دلفگار من نمیدانم چه دردی بود و اندوه و غمی I cannot fathom the pain, the agony, and the distress, Which drove him to the cave—so troubled and overcome with grief. نے زمردن غم نہ خوف کژدھے نے بیم مار نے ز تاریکی توحش نے ز تنہائی ہراس He feared neither darkness nor loneliness; He did not fear death, nor was he intimidated by scorpions or snakes. کشته قوم و فدائے خلق و قربان جہان کے جسم خویش میلش نے بہ نفس خویش کار Loving his people deeply, devoted to mankind and a sacrifice for the world, He cared little for his bodily comfort and personal needs. شد تضرع کار او پیش خدا لیل و نہار نعرہ با پر درد میزد از پئے خلق خدا He raised cries of pain for the good of humanity; Engaged in supplication to God day and night. سخت شورے بر فلک افتاد زان عجز و دعا قد سیال را نیز شد چشم از غم آن اشکبار His humility and prayers stirred a tumultuous uproar across the heavens- Even the angels being moved to tears on account of his pain.
