142 HADRAT MIRZA GHULAM AHMAD وَلكِنْ مَتَى يَسْتَحْضِرُ الْقَوْمُ أَحْضُرُ وَلَسْتُ بِتَوَّاقٍ إِلَى مَجْمَعِ الْعِدَا I am not keen to face the pack of my enemies; But, when my opponents call me, I surely call upon them. وَلِلَّهِ فِي أَمْرِي عَجَائِبُ لُطْفِهِ أُشَاهِدُهَا فِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ وَأَنْظُرُ God is pleased to display the most wonderful manifesta- tions of His grace for the sake of my mission; And, I observe them in all my works. فَمَا إِنْ أَرَى فِيْكُمْ رَشِيْدًا يُفَكِّرُ عَجِبْتُ لِخَتْمِ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ أَضَلَّكُمْ The seal of the Almighty left me wonderstruck as to the man- ner in which He allowed you to go astray; Hence, I do not see among you any righteous person who is willing to reflect. وَهَلْ مِنْ دَلِيْلٍ عِنْدَكُمْ تُؤْثِرُونَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ فَأْتُوْنَا فَإِنَّا نُفَكِّرُ Do you have an argument in your favour, such as you have decided to adhere to? If you have any, present it and I will reflect upon it. سَيَجْزِي الْمُهَيْمِنُ كَاذِبًا تَارِكَ الْهُدَى كِلَانَا أَمَامَ اللَّهِ لَا تَتَسَتَّرُ God will punish the liar who abandons guidance; The parties of both of us are now before God from whom we cannot hide.
