Accordingly, the Holy Prophetsas saw all of them in Heaven on the Night of Ascension. There was nothing extraordinary about Jesus. It is a pity that these people have lost their sense of smell; otherwise, the odour emanating from the condition of the age itself suggests that holding such a belief is the foundation stone of Christianity. Some people object that I wrote the same thing in Barahin[-e-Ahmadiyya]. Still, they do not realise that this fact confirms my veracity, for it shows that I engage in no conniving machination. In this very book, Barāhīn[-e-Ahmadiyya], I was given the title Masih [Messiah], and all the promises of God Almighty are contained in it.
