Services Before Khilaafat Hazrat Maulawi Noor-ud-Deen ra paid particular attention to the needs of the Jama'at. Besides being a scholar and physician, he was a good administrator. Hazrat Maulawi Noor-ud-Deen ra observed that the rapid growth of the Jama'at gave rise to many needs, such as the education of young people, hospitality, and caring for orphans. Hazrat Maulawi Noor-ud-Deen ra felt the need to set up a regular educational system in the Jama'at. He also developed a plan to account for the income and expenses of the Movement.
